Aluminium Wire Scrap Buyer in United Kingdom

PROCESSES

We take in new cuttings, both clean and painted, at our facilities in Liverpool and Manchester. We then turn them into standard-sized dense bales that we sell to customers in the UK and around the world.

Baling :

Alumeta Industries specializes in high-quality baling solutions designed to improve material handling efficiency and reduce waste volume. With durable technology and reliable performance, Alumeta baling systems help industries manage scrap, packaging, and recyclable materials in a cost-effective and eco-friendly way, ensuring smooth operations and long-term productivity.

Certified and secure destruction

We can offer a certified and safe destruction service since we have a lot of different processes at our facilities. We have worked with things like automotive parts, aeronautical parts, military plant and equipment, and prototype and unregistered vehicles. We can help you safely get rid of everything you need to.
You can be guaranteed that your things were destroyed in a safe and long-lasting way by getting a COD (certificate of destruction) from us. Please don’t hesitate to contact us by email or phone if you need more information about this service.

End of life vehicles processing

As an authorized treatment facility (ATF), we may recycle cars that are no longer useful.
We provide you a certificate of destruction (COD) when you recycle a car with us. You should keep this for your records.
Before we shred a car at our Liverpool, Glasgow, or Manchester locations, we take off the batteries, fluids, and any other dangerous parts according to the law.

Advanced Metal Processing Excellence

We operate advanced processing systems designed to recover, refine, and recycle non-ferrous metals with maximum efficiency. Our integrated processes ensure high-quality output, sustainable recycling, and compliance with global industry standards and Metal Flame Cutting Services.
Flame Cutting Services
If an enormous piece cannot be cut with one of our shears, it is prepared to size by lancing or flame cutting, depending on the situation.
ISS & KSS Plants
In order to lessen the environmental impact of garbage going to landfills, our Manchester facility can further process waste material from the shredders and recover even more metal. The metal recovery yield from mixed waste streams and shredder leftovers is optimised by the ISS plant and the newly constructed KSS plant. The ISS and KSS can retrieve previously lost metals, such as stainless steel and insulated copper cables, using cutting-edge sensing technology.
Mobile baling
We provide our suppliers with this service, which maximises the use of vehicle cubes for transportation while enabling the consolidation of their material into dense bales Industrial Baling Solutions.
Non-ferrous processing plant
This facility is used at our Manchester plant to process low-grade materials that contain non-ferrous metals. The material can be diverted from landfills by screening it to size and using eddy current separators to recover metals.
Shearing
A shearing machine is a mechanical tool that uses two sharp blades—one fixed and one moving—to apply high pressure and cut materials such as sheet metal, plastic, and scrap metal with precision. As seen in the uploaded content, shearing is commonly used in industrial and recycling processes where metal pieces are efficiently separated, trimmed, or sized, ensuring clean cuts, high productivity, and minimal material waste.
Shredding
Waste electronic and electrical equipment (WEEE), end-of-life vehicles, and light and medium mixed metals are all accepted by our facilities in Manchester, Glasgow, and Liverpool, where they are broken up into clean, high-density furnace feed. In addition to preparing leftover garbage for additional processing, the shredding process removes non-ferrous metals for sale and further processing.
